02/14/2006	Tell Us How We Are Doing
	To help us improve our service, we need your help. At the Molecular Genetics Core Facility we are constantly trying to provide our users with better, faster, and more helpful data, but we need to hear feedback from the labs that use our services. On the right side of the Molecular Genetics Core Facility home page there is a link to download our new, anonymous user satisfaction survey. Please take the time to honestly and insightfully complete the survey and return it to us as soon as you can. It is only one page and is very short and easy to complete. We would also like to hear back from the PIs of the labs for which we do work. The more detail and insight you can provide to us, the more helpful your responses will be. At the end of the survey, if you have any comments or experiences, good or bad, that we should be informed about, please give us a detailed description so that we can fix or improve upon that area of service. 12/20/2005	Sign Up for a NEW Account!!!
	The New Member Sign-up is now active on our website and everyone who wishes to submit samples for sequencing should create a new account. Simply click on the tab to "Become a Member" and complete all of the information to register. Within one business day, your account will be approved and you will be able to submit, track, and retrieve sample data via the website. As of January 17th, this will be the only way to submit sample requests and access sample results, so sign-up now and get started!

	Thank you for visiting the NEW website for the Molecular Genetics Core Facility at Children's Hospital Boston! With the creation of our new website, we now have a user friendly system for customers to submit DNA sequencing samples, obtain frequent updates on sample status and access results quickly and easily. We have also added detailed explanations of the services offered and technologies utilized at our facility. We are excited to offer this improved service to our customers and we will continue to provide excellent quality results.
